Céline and Frédéric were born into winemaking families but embarked on their own adventure in 2013 with the creation of their own estate in the Chablis region. They have 36 hectares of vines, mostly comprising Chardonnay grapes in the Bourgogne and Chablis appellations. They also grow some Sauvignon for producing the Saint-Bris AOC and some Pinot Noir in Irancy. They maintain a deep attachment to their family roots whilst building their new estate.
This guided tour of the vineyard is an opportunity to learn all about the vine, how it is grown, the winegrowing profession throughout the year and the Chablis terroir. The mini-bus will stop off several times for tastings of the wines from the Chablis vineyard.
