Weekly horse riding courses in English

Gateau Stables is a Franco-Irish family of show jumping riders based on a 26-hectare equestrian estate in the heart of the Puisaye, in the bucolic Nièvre region, very close to the medieval castle of Guédelon, 2 hours south of Paris. Ireland as if you were there in France

Rhythm of a typical day in English :
8.30 Buffet breakfast
9.00 English lessons
9.45 - 10.30 Pony care (each young person is responsible for a pony for the duration of the stay)
10.30 - 11.30am Horse riding (flat, show jumping, cross-country, outdoor, grass gallop track, TREC introduction)
11.45 - 12.30 Saddlery management
12.30am Lunch
13 - 14.30 Free time and personal study time
14.30 - 15.30 English lessons
15.30 - 17.30 Horse riding
17.30 - 18.30 Pony care
18.30 - 19.30 Shower and parent break
19.30 Dinner
20 - 21 Games in English or VO film

Accommodation in rooms of 2 or 3. Maximum 6 young people per course in summer and 4 the rest of the year, family atmosphere. Minimum G2/3 children aged 10 to 18. During all school holidays. Departure at 10 a.m. Arrival at 2 p.m. on Saturdays.

2nd lycée and 3rd collège work placements in June (1 or 2 weeks) to validate the work placement agreement.

Parents can rent a bed and breakfast on site
