Colette & Patrick, animal and motorcycle enthusiasts, welcome you to a comfortable little cottage nestled in the carefully restored old stables - beautiful typical brick architecture - of an authentic 1900 mansion full of character and history (owners' guest house), formerly a hotel on an important railway site (historical merchant station of which the unoccupied building remains). Small, quiet residential hamlet nestled in the heart of the Bresse countryside in the hollow of a pleasant, preserved setting, fields, meadows and vast forests (possibility of observing wildlife: deer, foxes, squirrels, etc.), close to the banks of the Doubs, a remarkable ecosystem classified as a "Natura 2000 Zone" (paradise for kayakers & fishermen, famous for its catfish, pike-perch or carp / exceptional ornithological reserve rich in 160 species of birds and very rare plant varieties). Designed in the spirit of a "micro farm", this vast, well-kept property of 7000m² - with trees, flowers and vegetation - welcomes many animals in complete safety (penned dwarf goats, turtles, chickens, cockatiels, doves, hives well away / production of "homemade honey" ...), a small pond (carp & goldfish) and has many fun areas for rest & relaxation (including a spacious sheltered terrace).
